How do you ensure payments are secure?
Payment security is our top priority. Local payments in Nigeria and Ghana are processed by Flutterwave, and international payments are processed by Stripe — both PCI-DSS compliant. Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed on their respective public blockchains. OgaHost never stores your full card number or PIN.
Which payment methods are available in my country?
If you're in Nigeria or Ghana, you'll see local Flutterwave methods — cards, bank transfer, USSD and Mobile Money — plus crypto. If you live outside Nigeria and Ghana, checkout uses Stripe (international cards and wallets) along with crypto. Your options are shown automatically based on your billing country.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible services. Crypto payments are refunded as account credit only and cannot be returned to the original wallet. Domain registrations, Cloud VPS and renewals are non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for full details.
